Health problems as a result of a fall can be a major issue for the older generation.  It’s not just injuries caused by the actual fall, but problems occurring as a result of having spent a lot of time on the floor because they just couldn’t get up.  This is a particular problem for people living alone.

The Diocese of the Algarve’s Pastoral Care for Tourism has organised a series of Easter celebrations in English, to serve the English-speaking Catholic community in the Algarve and visitors, who wish to participate in the liturgies and traditions of this sacred time in the Christian calendar.

On Tuesday 1st April, the Algarve Archaeological Association (AAA) will be presenting two lectures, in English, by Archaeologists Miguel Serra and Samuel Melro. 

An exciting and thought-provoking exhibition by three of the most vibrant artists currently working in the Algarve.  Ana Antonio Gill, Jessica Dunn and Carola Colley have combined forces to present a show of their recent work that aims to provide a joyful counterpoint to these rather bleak times.

We’re happy to announce a collaboration between Art-Link and the Expat Centre Portugal. Across two venues we will present pop-up exhibitions showcasing a varied range of artistic styles that include: Intuitive abstraction, photo-realistic paintings, digital compositions, ceramics, and re-cycled woodcraft.

Deborah Lucas has a number of exciting workshops at Artesis Galeria in Tavira throughout March and April, in Needle Felting and Silk Painting.
